1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within   24-48 hours on business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Note: You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We partner with leading Indian courier services to ensure your package reaches you on time. Our estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: [ 3-5 days]

  • Rest of India: [ 5-8 days]

  • Remote Areas (North-East, J&K, etc.): [ 7-10 days]

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above [MINIMUM AMOUNT, e.g., ₹999].

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of [COD FEE, e.g., ₹40] may apply to all COD orders.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner's website. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

5. Shipping Methods

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for perfection, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High-volume sale periods or festivals.

  • Weather conditions or regional disruptions.

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer. If your delivery is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days), please contact us at vomaxin@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.

7. International Shipping

Currently, VOMAX only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our reach in the future!

8. Undelivered Packages

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to  1 times. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we can reship the order for an additional shipping fee or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) as per our Return Policy.
